If you sign up to The Leadership Delta newsletter, we collect your email address and, where provided, your name.

Our website is built and hosted on the Wix platform. Wix processes data on our behalf as a data processor and maintains industry-standard security certifications.

- Newsletter subscribers — retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Website analytics data — anonymised and aggregated; retained in line with Google Analytics defaults (up to 26 months).


6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), where no overriding legal basis exists
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO
